I had my appendix taken out laproscopicly about a month and a half ago. About a month ago I realized that the lump above my belly button probably wasnt supposed to be there. It started out pink, soft, and squishy, and its about the size of a bead. The skin peels off the top like dead skin, and recently I developed a hardened shell like piece of skin over it, which I picked off, and it bled under the surface, now the tip is black.

I realize it was stupid to pick at it, but thats not the point.

Does anyone know what it could be? Ive heard conflicting answers and Im pretty terrified. Please leave input if you have any idea.
